On the occasion of the 79th Independence Day of India, H.E. Md. Noor Rahman Sheikh, Ambassador of India to Lebanon, hoisted the Tiranga at the Embassy premises in Beirut and read out the Hon’ble President of India’s address to the Nation. The celebration brought together members of the Indian diaspora, reaffirming our shared commitment to India’s progress and unity. The celebration also saw enthusiastic participation from several members of the Indian community, who sang patriotic songs, adding colour and spirit to the occasion.
